用bleach洗牙

用half tea spoon colorox消毒液 稀释到一杯水中，然后漱口，或者用于water floss,

一周两次，效果非常好，牙齿变白，如果有牙龈出血的会马上止住，

有兴趣的可以试一下，不过有高血压者要谨慎，牙龈不出血的后果是血压升高。
