我就是。没有普通哮喘的喘鸣，但是一秒率低，说话多了就觉得气不够用。

年轻时感冒后咳嗽没治好，留下病根，到后来遇到冷空气就咳。再后来就是体检一秒率低（肺活量正常，没有别的症状）。

到后来突然恶化。找到合适用药用了很长时间。
