Catfish Head 也能做---〉〉〉剁椒鱼头

几天前，俺偶尔买了Catfish Head,是和豆腐一起炖着吃的，感觉不错。有网友说：也可试试做湘菜剁椒鱼头啊！

俺反正不会做菜，做砸了也没人笑话俺，于是今天俺就做了。哈哈~~~~，味道还真不错，特推荐一下：





1、鱼头买来已剖开的，洗净，把所有鳃都剪掉。两面抹上适量料酒、盐、白胡椒粉，腌制20-30分钟。

2：等腌鱼的时候，把辣椒切碎，切忌不要挖掉辣椒籽。老姜一块，切成姜末。也请准备好葱2棵，蒜8头，并切成碎末。

3：蒸锅先上水烧。这时就可把腌好的鱼头码好盘，撒上剁椒、姜末、盐、料酒，等水烧开后，放入锅中旺火蒸大约10-12分钟。

4：到点了，别动火，开盖把准备好的蒜茸和葱碎撒上去，再旺火蒸1-2分钟，便可熄火。

5：从蒸锅里拿出盘要小心，别烫着。拿出来后，淋上明油便可以吃了。
