制做蒜泥的问题

我知道做蒜泥现做现吃的那种. 但是我想知道能不能做一瓶蒜泥放起来, 随时都可以吃的那种, 就象店里卖的那样(好象放了油?), 有谁知道能不能教我? 谢谢!
