　　点　评乡下屋檐悬垂的红辣椒串投入泥砌的破灶台，加一瓢湘江臭水烫出一个酸辣味，又在苗地刀耕火种的传统中沾染了土气，在湿瘴中徘徊，构成一种土得掉渣的湖南辣菜味。因为沾了“辣”字，所以湘菜永远与上流人士无关，注定和川菜一样属于社会底层者的食物。是失败者刺激头脑、忘掉一切的最好食疗。吃辣的人思维都比较迟钝。
