香港游记 - 1

搭晚间的班机去香港，到达时已近午夜，正是宵夜时机。。。

酒店就在尖东，check-in后直奔庙街夜市，周末人潮十分热闹。

看中青蟹。。。

盯上游水石斑。。。

就这么决定 - 姜葱炒蟹。青蟹的味道不是梭子蟹/蓝蟹/珍宝蟹类能比拟的。真正的umami。

公蟹也是膏肉饱满

蒸一条石斑火候掌握的不错，就是大牌档对葱丝/姜丝的装饰很随便，卖相欠佳。鱼是很好吃的。。。

叫了两瓶蓝妹冰啤，老板送了四只白灼中虾下酒。。。

活虾就是鲜甜爽口。。。

两点半回酒店休息，隔天香港旅程正式启动。。。
