医生给了我一份关于甲减的介绍，其中有写"Lithium, high doses of iodine and amiodarone(Cordarone, pacerone) can cause hypothyroidism."我也困惑了。依我的常识富含碘的食物不是提高甲状腺功能的吗，怎么high doses of iodine反而会降低呢？
