我估计你的血脂高的原始原因是肝胆郁滞，中医用疏肝散或大柴胡汤之类的就可以解决。

肝胆郁滞的人本来就会有血脂高胆固醇高的毛病，正确的解决的办法是疏肝解毒，但如果服用了Statin这些对肝有副作用的药后，本来就有问题的肝就更加有问题了。
