重点:
就餐前(哪怕是吃水果点心)得先吃creon帮助消化;
少量多餐,每天4--6次小量餐;
限制50克蛋白质摄入量;
把蛋白质的量分到各餐中,不要集中在一餐里;
体重减轻时得适当补充中链甘油三酯(如椰子油/棕榈核油等).
