Once again I want to say ‘thank you’ for all that you do for XXX.  Your continued dedication, your tireless efforts, and your brilliant mathematical/computer science/chemical solutions are beyond world-class!  All these skills . . . combined with a wonderful, joyful person who carries himself with humility and dignity . . . make you very special!
