我想问的是和老板打交道

老板说，如果需要等人家的话，而自己有时间的话，可以自己从backlog里找新的活干，这叫做所谓的工作主动性。天啊，都压在我头上，还要architect干什么。问题是老板不去找architect，也不去找其他误工的人，就来折腾我，我人也比较老实，语言表达也比不上鬼子，就是说好欺负。

心生跳槽之意！
