问题是this sprint 的tasks已经分完了

The tasks in this Sprint 已经落实到每个人头上了，没有剩下的了，除非是下一个sprint，但是还没有grooming。当我需要等待其他人期间，我可不可以grab a task from the pool which already was assigned to somebody else.那不是抢人家饭碗吗？你们是怎么操作的？
