我是否应跳槽？？

我在中西部一个小公司工作。公司上下总共100来号职员。
在这里工作有5年，干IT的。年薪36K。
最近有一个比较好的offer，年薪比现在一倍多。

但小公司一直对俺很好，这么多年从来没有过压力。
不但福利好，红利多，vacation一年也可有20多天！
我在公司上下人缘极好！最近女上司（金发美女）还多次向我发出进攻信号。
我可以说工作得很快乐！可就是钱不多。

象我这种情况该咋办？应不应跳槽？
世界上有没有鱼肉熊掌兼得的美差？
