紧急求建议：老板的老板和我约谈，我该怎么过招？

约谈目的：可能是想了解组里的管理状况，也可能作为全组十几个人唯一被选中约谈，是因为想对我这star employee ：)表示一点儿关心和重视。多半儿是两者皆有。

我是老板心腹干将，又非常loyal。老板人好也聪明能干，但的确有性格上的弱点所导致的管理上的缺陷，上面管理层也一直在帮他。我们这个组在公司位置比较重要，任务项目繁重，人员成分复杂，总之非常难于驾驭管理。

问题是： 我该不该向老板的老板坦言我的看法，直接指出管理缺陷，或是像以往那样尽说好话，“粉饰太平”，皆大欢喜 ？

真心求教，非诚勿扰 ;=)
