请教各位达人支招

刚拿到一份有关 Controlling and logistics process optimization 的职位。先是给了半年，如果老板对我本人及工作满意了，才会得到正常职位。主要任务是合理压缩运输成本，改进和优化公司物流环节，节源开流。|同时参与成本控制和公司内部环节的运行。是一家贸易公司，大概百人左右， 我需要和老板紧密合作。我基本上还没有实战经验，要摸索前行，而且直接受老板领导。请前辈不吝赐教，特别是经验支持，我怎样才能努力做到最好。心里很担心。谢谢各位前辈。
