在新公司的工作原则是:不懂要装懂,但要能听懂。不要害怕,管理是边学边用,最有效果。

分析历史案例和数据;

First step : RFQ from Forwarders; compare several RFQ to find the strength, You will be a expert how to listen. 

Then communiate with them.You require them to offer the package deal, compare, squeeze--

Supplier management: first step analyze leading time, shrink leading time.

Customer: analyze latest 6 month & 1 and half year sales history to conduct trends. Believe history is unimaginable same.
