诚心请教各位，如何应对工作中的攻击。

介绍一下单位背景：我的上司是Director A （白人老太婆）， 本人是supervisor, 下面管一个manager B （28岁美国女性，沟通超强，野心勃勃）, 和两个assistant. 主要工作是统计报表和统计分析，日常工具为SAS， VBA和简单数据库。Manager B书面表达/语言表达能力超强，我比B强的是我懂的统计知识，SAS和数据库知识。

上司A也是文科出身，不太懂统计/数据库。由于开会以及和其他部门沟通等场合，B的沟通能力比我强很多，看得出来A对我不满意，很想用B取代我，因此总逼我教技术，还有时给我穿小鞋。我想教授了技术，B所有方面都比我强，那我肯定走人。因此我不教。

但我不教，A和B常跟我发脾气，她们常用的攻击理由三条：
1。You don't teach and only you can do these projects. What if you are hit by a trcuk, then we have nobody to do the job?
2. If you don't teach, you are not a team player.
3. If you don't teach, you don't think long term for this department.

我心想少来这一套，教了随便找个理由就把我开了，就是不教。但又找不到理由反驳她们的上述三个攻击，感觉很受欺负，诚心请教各位有何办法反击上述三条攻击？

现状长远肯定不行，我也在找工作。从公司角度讲讲，应该教。但A首先歧视就不对。而且我有老婆孩子要养活，公司的道理再大，也大不过我养家的责任。

请教各位，在不教技术，不跟上司闹翻的情况下，如何反击上述三条攻击。谢谢。
