1.Check your job discription, they have no right forcing you to do extra work.

2.They curse you to hit by a truck, what kind of team player they are?

3.If they really think long term of the department, they should find qualified people or provide training program, not push someone to do extra work.

其实工作中求教或被教很常见,只要不是高精尖的技术,一般人掌握也只是个时间问题. 楼主有机会还是及早离开为好.
