我这种情况该跳槽不?

年初, 公司里因为巨大的人员变动, 大老板为了留住我, 给了很好的TITLE,很好的工资,股权. 基本上我承认我是是OVERPAY了. 当然,我也基本大面上也把日常的工作在很困难的情况下维持了下来.
最近大老板新招了人A, 名义上是和我平起平坐. 可惜合作很不愉快.我观察, 最终会让我REPORT 给A. 完成手上几个大项目, A把我利用完, 明年估计就得踹了我.

留下来, 高薪, 离家近, 外加几个非常吸引人的项目要做.

这种情况是忍着再做下去, 还是找份合适的工作? 所有身边了解公司情况的朋友都劝我赶紧走人. 哎, 想想这年头没人跟钱过不去啊? 可这日子真是过不去了. 天天睡不好觉, 政治斗争, BABYSITTING 搞得很累.
