lay off 的负面作用

一辈子没有面试过几次，来美因为各种原因，读书花了很长时间，08年才毕业，专业学校都一般。学校中实习也是一次申请附近就去了。09年初来东部找工作，经济最不好的时候，本身期望就不大，都准备找半年。结果一个月之内两个on-site拿了两个offer，薪水都给得是position范围内最高的。选了一个薪水低些单位行业好一些的去了。

10个月后单位新CEO restructure，我的position被取消。结果这次找工作好难，简历
投了三个月，电话多了，行业也杂了，5个on-site，已经fail3个了。

上周一个公司面了一天，感觉director直到见我的时候才知道我unemployed。电话时我
就说清楚了，但是每轮都有人问我为什么换工作。

有工作经验特别是面试人经验的，说说lay off是不是起副面作用。人家以为我表现差
所以刚好单位就让我走。
