现在感觉美国的单位，人都好professional。

我今年面的这两个大公司，面试的时候根本就感觉不出来别人的情绪。眼神表情都很真诚。这个可能也和地方有关吧，我在东部，白人多。特别是上星期这个，几乎觉得就给offer了。Founder以前是学者，很有名，20年前set up这个公司。所以他们说所有的candidates，他也要见， He likes to talk with people.

Very nice guy，老头去过中国还有我家的城市，和我讲中文。也问我为什么要换工作，我也是说我们单位restructure，然后他说他这里有人以前就是从那里出来的，我还谈到我的group。老头说知道很多我们单位这次走的人，If they are over 50s, it will be hard for some of them to find the jobs（这个也是对的，单位有些做管理的写写说说的，也确实不好弄）。他甚至说你的老板（也被lay了）如果对他那里感兴趣，contact him. I was even said "really, I will pass this information to him". 我还真昨天给我老板说了，我老板都不知道有这么个公司。开玩笑说我要是去了，就和我联系。

那个是公司，我以前工作的是trade association，属于non-profit，工作目的并不一样。但行业是一样的。

这样的感觉都fail了。Rejection letter说“after careful consideration, we have determined that your particular skills do not fit our needs at this time."
