再谈两个公司如何选择。。。谢谢回复！！！

公司A，Spirent Communications, 做testing tools的。我的工作是在现有的platform上做类似MPLS的performance/conformance testing modules。我工作的branch在New Jersey，薪水full-time是$60000左右，contractor是$38/hr。
公司B，加州湾区的小start-up，不到10名工程师。去了做embedded linux kernel/driver development。full-time薪水$68000加1%的stock options。
Spirent肯定培训比较好；有周游各地的机会，如Hawaii，签证没问题的话还去日本NTT；比较稳定。但今年headcount冻结，我需要先做contractor，明年转full-time并办理H1。但随之而来的问题是我需要保持Full-time student status，用CPT为他们工作直到明年10月新H1生效。公司甚至在考虑替我付tuition。或者象有人建议的那样找一个consulting company，让它替我办今年的H1，同时把我contract给Spirent。
公司B直接给办H1，没这些麻烦，embedded linux kernel/driver development也是近来比较热的技能。
我倒底该选择哪个公司？值得为Spirent付出那么多麻烦么？多谢各位前辈指点了！！！
