So I need to ask the start-up where their funding comes from and how sure they can get the funding, right? Sorry for being so naive.
The start-up will start to pay me once I join them. Do you emphasize on that I'd better stay in a start-up that can last long enough for me to get my GC? Actually I have doubt on that. Because the part of their plan revealed to me is not convincing enough to me.
BTW, $68000 is a very low salary in bay area, right?
The most recent update from Spirent: their HR says they can definitely do this (contracting me via an agent). And they understand the cost incurred by the agent (definitely more than 10% since the agent needs to pay employer taxes).
