A sounds too complicated. I think B is better if you think it will be there in a few years. Besides, B is in Silicon Valley where there are tons of other opportunties. If B does not work out, you can work for another company down the street easily. Plus I think the job at B is more interesting. At your level, you want to learn as much as you can. Get H1, get GC and then thinking about enjoying your job.
