职场改过自新：第一天

很感谢大家上周末的帮助，我想与大家分享我的改过自新过程，让大家监督，少走一些弯路，与大家一起成长。改过自新就从今天开始吧。

今天根据大家的建议，做了几点与平时不一样的事情：

上班第一件事：到小老板板公室，说我接受年度评分，为上周为此争论道歉，谢谢她多年的栽培。平时我的处事方式确有不妥。希望她以后多多提醒，纠正不足之处。

She feels sorry for her harsh method. Last weekend, she recalled the process and realized her method for the review was not appropriate. The big boss talked to her and checked if she used an appropriate way to deliver the message to me last Friday, after the talk she came to my office. The big boss does not want to make me panic, and go to another polar. This year, most management team members will get the lowest score.

第二件(从土包子学到的)：visited the head of the department, who complaint my rudeness to the big boss, had a small talk about her vacation, family (She just returned to the office after vacation), my vacation plan, shopping ...ect.

第三件(从小谋学到的)：After receiving analysis results from one of the head's reports, sent an appreciation email to the department

第四件：Had a small talk with one of the middle management members of that department during lunch time.

Then, got an email from my small boss: asked me "Just don’t be too hard on yourself" and a Daily Leadership Quote specialy for me：The ability to honestly and quietly reflect on one's life is one of the most powerful tools for personal growth.

第五件：Visited my big boss before leaving office, expressed my great appreciation for the opportunity of improving myself, and understanding whatever way my small boss used was just trying to wake or beat me up.

They will send me to a leadership training program in the coming September.

第六件：回家在这儿请大家帮忙，看哪些我可以做得更好
