My guess is that probably you have been very aggressive, and offended many people from other departments. These people have complained against you behind your back, and the big boss has taken their side. Then he decides to teach you a lesson.That is why the big boss told your direct boss to give you a low score. You'd better realize the low score is a warning. Your direct boss knows it is not fair but she has no choice.

Basically you cannot afford to be too aggressive without strong support from the senior management.
