最近公司裁过了人，开始要重组了。应该是12月份就重组的，结果一月份都过去了，重组还没有完成。前些日子，连谁将是我们部门的头都是一头雾水。最近两天才闹明白，谁将是我们的头。这个即将上任的”新头“ C，很看重一个前几年被大家赶走的MANAGER H,C的第一个PROPOSAL是把H招回来当我的上级，我是今天下午2点多才听到这个小道消息，于是我3点前就冲进了C的老板M的办公室，说要找他关门谈几分钟。M开玩笑的说，只要我不是辞职就可以跟我谈，我也半开玩笑半当真地说，I might think about resign if what I heard it's true. 我有点情绪激动，说话有点颤抖，历数我五年来的努力和成果，并说H的坏话，（其实H是我的好朋友，就是不是一个好manager），并提出为什么不是我管H，而是反过来的，从四年前的事说起，（当时H是被M赶走的，而由我取而代之的），试图说服M去干预C的决定。失败，M说他得珍重C的决定。但是M说，H和我将是平级的，都有一个group 的团队，同时向C report. 我仍然不放弃，Argue 说为什么要把一个“PROVEN" FAILURER 调回来，难道是我这几年做的不够好？SENIOR MANAGEMENT 对我不放心，不CONFIDENT?为什么总是要在我的上面放一个老板？（这5年来，我的上面总是有一个中间老板，actually 1 in first 3.5 year, and another one recently，they were just middle men who have only me as the direct report）而实际上我是领导我们组的实际决策人。我说，你也知道，我们DIVISION的人都知道我的能力，我是one of the most respected managers in our division. 当然，M马上安慰我说，大家都很器重我，尤其是技术上，我说，我的能力不只是技术上的，我并不满足于大家在技术上对我的珍重了。这几年的工作，已经证明了我的管理能力。为什么不能让我管H,M再次提到他要依靠C的领导和决策，而决定是C的。临离开M的OFFICE，我装模作样地向M请教，我需要在哪些方面改进才有可能做得更好。他说，我应该多与C沟通，我说，YES， I did. 重组中的”ROTATION"方案就是我的原创。还有我们DIVISION的人的SECRETE SKILLS matrix 也是我一手炮制的。再说啦，我又不知道C将成为我们的头，前些日子你刚任命D作为我们的临时的头，所以我还以为D是我未来的老板。M说，D是临时的，C才是我的老板。我说谢谢了，我这几天再多找C交流交流。提提我的想法。从M的OFFICE出来，马上找C,说想约个时间单独与C沟通沟通。C说下星期吧。他妈的，跟我糊弄，
