think through, put things into perspective. Sometimes, if you have to pick a fight, you need to ask yourself, is it worthy? Do I have an exit plan? What's the worst case scenario? With our current economic situation, can you afford to lose this job? You know, companies CAN move on without you, me, or anyone else for that matter, we are all expendable, plus, with the massive layoffs, companies can find qualified replacement from the market fairly easily. At the end of the day, we may have to do whatever pays the bills, as sad as it may sound. Not to discourage you to fight for your rights, but again, timing....
By the way, if H was kicked out by M, why M has no issue for H coming back?
