If u really want to know, it is a real risky gamble. You most likely will not find there any better career opportunity, a very political enviornment, not for people with real technical strength or technical interests. Usually, people on top positions got where they are today not by their technical contributions, but by how hard you play the games there .... Maybe this is true everywhere, but it is just so obvious there.
