First, i like your clear infor and the words of the style. If any more infor, would you like to send it to my wife's email [e-mail] (since my address has the real name)?

He is not Wang. Maybe his boss is Wang or a Chinese lady. I feel he is nice, at least i feel i could work with him according to the first impression.

- yes, the pay is a little less, not a high one either
- yes, that bit stock is nothing. it's almost a purely salaried job
- negative impact on my wife and little daughter(1st grade weeks later)

all these cost for:

+ a project to meet personal technical interest, to reactivate the passion. i had a very complete gsm/gprs/edge stack down-to-ground engineering experience with commercially shipped products, showed some strength & natural passion. my umts is mostly at paper level (standards, design/integration, extensive training).

so i was dreaming if i had the same umts/hsdpa engineering experience, nothing to worry for next ~5 years.

umts sw/fw is a much easier part (its hw and physical layer is more challenging) and only at radio interface level, reusing the same gprs framework.

at a very technical/market successful company, my overall/core skills at wireless stack/app-protocol was better than the technical director. Once with a god-father at VP level, things will be improved quickly.

* of course, if no lucks in my entire engineer life to get a god-father, i should end the engineering line around age 45.
