I just came back from an on site interview in CA. The interview went well. But one thing I don't feel comfortable is that HR insist on knowing my current benefit. I gave her without exagerate. I am afraid that the company might take advantage of this because I am underpay.
Today, I got an email and they asked me to fax them my recent pay stub and W2 for 2006. I really feel angry about this. They haven't given an offer and what's the purpose for these? This is the first company I interviewed asking for these.
I haven't on the job market for over 4 years. Are these the current trend that future company to verify the current pay? I am currently working at a small size company (200+ people) in northeast states. All the employees are underpay.
I ask for your help! Please tell me what I can to reply their request.
Thanks very much!
还请各位支招! I feel bad about this company!
