You do not have to tell them your salary history

You do not have to tell them your current salary.
However, if you really like the company/job/location, if you really need the job, and you are not the top level experienced expert, you will follow their instruction to give whatever they asking inorder to get the offer.

Personally, I will not give them anything like that unless I do not have a job now.
