He is a conservative person. He also mentioned that EE is safer when he gets older. He used to work in the front side which is easier, but he thinks he learns more in the current job.

"再干几年。该他出头的时候了。"What do you mean, he said his boss, the director always works around the hours replying tons of emails. Is there a hope that his work will get better in the future?

What kind of consulting confirm can he set up in the future? Thanks.
