我的建议

首先向楼主表示同情，不过既然已经确诊了，咱就想开点，至少从你现在的情况来看是low stage(最终stage and grade还要以切除的病理报告为准）。同意以上两位网友的建议，治疗要听医生的，而不是网友的。做手术要选Breast surgeon, not general surgeon。我知道现在你肯定很anxious，所以以下是我对你治疗的猜测，如果跟你的医生建议有出入，听医生的。

1 If BRCA mutation positive （very low possibility,现在不需为此烦恼), do genetic counseling. Most likely they will recommend bilateral masterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophrectomy (removing both breasts, ovaries and fallopian tubes). 不过一切以你的genetic counselor 建议为准.

2 if BRCA mutation negative, my guess is that they will recommend lumpectomy (aka partial mastectomy) plus sentinel lymph node biopsy. 不过一切以你医生建议为准。

3 听医生的。

4 如果做lumpectomy, 不需重建，现在不必为此烦恼。
