Oncotype test

活检只发现DCIS, 较大，做了全切和sentinel node biopsy。病理报告淋巴没有侵入，但有发现invasive 3个8mm, 2mm, 2mm Grade 3,  如下：

1.Right axillary sentinel lymph nodes*2, excision biopsy: two out of two lymph nodes negative for maligancy
2. right breast, mastectomy
A. multifocal invasive ductal carcinoma Grade 3/3, 0.8cm largest focus, negative for lymphovascular invasion over 5mm form closet margin
B. High Grade DCIS 2.8 cm, 3 mm from closest margrin.

ER positive (5) Strong (d66%)
PR positive (5) Moderate (d66%)
HER-2 (2+) Final SISH/CISH results negative,

但Oncotype test 没有做，我问我的手术医生，他说要我问Oncologist， 但我的下星期二才看Oncologist。请问Oncotype test 是否要花一定的时间做？是否只有做了Oncotype test 才能知道我是否要化疗？谢谢
