30岁该做mammogram（乳房X线照片）么？

我的母亲今年年初57岁发现乳腺癌，其中各种辛苦我都看在眼里疼在心里，暂且不表。我现在刚过30岁生日，去OB体检时，她说我不算high risk人群，40以前不推荐mammogram，但是她手摸到我的右乳有一个结，让我去做了ultrasound，我做了，显示只是正常的breast tissue，但是radiologist推荐我做一个mammogram，也给我开了prescription，后天就去做。我现在有点犹豫的是，不知道是否需要做这个，网上一些文章说40岁以前的baseline mammogram都是不推荐的，不知道这里有没有懂的专家有何建议？谢谢了先！
