Do this DaoYing Gong to reverse this called "40 Years Old Shoulder Problem". I did it 7 years ago and it working for me.I am also working with computers for years and have the same problem.

1. Deep breath and take the fresh air in; meanwhile:
1.1 Rise your left hand as same level as your shoulder;
1.2 Use your right hand hold your left hand;
1.3 Use your right hand pull your left arm to the right side as far as possible;Meanwhile:
1.4 Turn your head to the left side as much as you can;
1.5 Breath ALL the air out from your mouth while your doing 1.4

OK, repeat this 18 or 36 times;

Then, do the same your right arm for 8 or 36 times;

You can doing this 2 times a day or any times as you like. You will see the improvement in 2 months or so. Then let me know the result and I can teach you more advanced Gong.
