更新一下前阵子有关空腹血糖高的疑问

刚收到报告，A1C 5.4，医生说我没有糖尿病，不要东想西想。我问为啥我的fasting高，他说fasting is a snapshot, 和你那个时段的情绪，体内激素，荷尔蒙，还有头天晚上睡眠状况以及晚餐吃的啥都有关系。
