中国计划生育的三十年中，强制流产是一直都存在着的。　虽然我也认为流产七月胎儿很惨，很不人道，

但在中国法律里面，有强制流产等于杀人的法律吗？　有胎儿到几月大，流产算杀人的法律规定吗？

如果强制流产七月胎儿算杀人，那么自愿流产七月胎儿也应算杀人。因为，是否杀人的判断标准不能以杀人的执行者不同而不同。母亲杀死自己的孩子，也是要算杀人地。

但我们知道中国是可以自愿流产七月胎儿的，所以流产七月胎儿在中国法律上是不算杀人地。
