“强制流产”和“流产七月胎儿”，是两个需要分开处理的概念。

“流产七月胎儿”在法律上是不算杀人的。所以，如果指责“强制流产七月胎儿”违法，那也只能指责“强制流产”的部分，而不能指责杀人的部分。
