1）在本地有两家银行的户头，是不是都要改成family trust? 过几个月可能要搬去其它州，当地找不到同样的银行，这样是搬后再做还是现在就去换了？

You can wait until you move.  But don't wait too long.  I don't know your definition of "可能" is how much probability.  You might forget it if it drags on too long. 

2）有三个出租房，看到律师寄来的“quit-claim deed", 做什么用？房子是不是也都要改成trust的名字？买卖和税表有变化吗？这几年还是按原来的报税，不会违法吧？

房子要改成trust的名字, 买卖和税表 no change.  A revocable living trust is treated as if owned by the trustee.  When you die, the revocable living trust will automaticaly become a irrevocable trust and that trust will be controlling the property by itself. 

3）有一个房子估计会搬家后卖，剩下的也许几年内陆续卖，这种情况还需要换title吗？

It is best that you change all the titles.  You never know you might have accidents so it is best to be prepared.
