SFH flip 还是rent？ 想回笼资金。

这个SFH房子在NH的中档城区，交通方便，0.2 acre 的地。 刚里里外外全部大修了一遍。 这个房子花了 USD250k （装修和买房加起来, 已完成）。 租出去，租金可以担负月供，地税，和保险， 有 150 块的现金流。但是疫情如果持续下去，房客不付租金，我还要付月供，这个房子值得吗？

卖的话，可以立即回笼资金，再找更合适的。 周边房价是 USD330k 。但不知道会不会跌。
