JY兄，达拉斯那个地产应该不是tax credit资产

我联系过了，由于保密协议不能透露具体内容。不过这个地产是由于管理不善，经营亏损以至于很多单位都坏掉了。市政府通过法庭命令房东必须修理，估计的修理费用大概38万。不过我觉得可能得需要50万左右。如果能砍价到50万，加上50万修理费用，100万能把该地产盘活的话，盈利应该比较可观。100个单位租金应该能做到每月大约4万。换算一下，修好后的地产市值应该在400万左右。达拉斯是大城市，租客应该问题不很大。
