的典型征状，不做culture 就能下诊断。
感冒分鼻型或咽喉型，
前者，过多鼻腔分泌物， 初期为清白色，后期为黄浓涕。要用抗西斯明药物，或Tylenol for cold & sinus., sudafed, etc.
后者表现为chest congestion & cough. 这时就要用 Tylenol for cold& cough.
