The theory is that years ago Kara Kennedy had radiation treatment to her lungs, which might have cause irreversible damage to the heart. Her surgery was on the right side and should not have compromised her heart. Overall, very little is known about her medical history.
But to suggest that exercising in the gym caused her death, is very misleading. Cancer survivors especially need to keep active physically, keep the body oxygenated and well circulated.
