实在受不了了

 

我女19岁，最近不知何故，突然奇痒难耐。 去看了急诊，配了一些涂沐的药膏。没有用。后又去看中医，针灸了一次，还是没用。 似乎越来越厉害了。做妈妈的实在受不了了。看图请帮忙诊断。
