甲状腺右叶缺如，甲状腺左叶缺如，右侧颈鞘探及多枚扁平淋巴结，较大者位于II区，大小0.3x0.5cm. 形态扁椭圆，边界清晰，左侧颈鞘探及多枚扁平淋巴结，较大者位于III区,及IV区，大小0.9x0.3cm，形态扁椭圆。

Multiple lymph nodes are found in the right carotid sheath.The largest one is located in Level II(Region II), measuring 0.3 x 0.5cm, flat and oval shaped, clear boundary. Multiple lymph nodes also noted in the left carotid sheath. The largest one is located in Level III and IV, measuring 0.9 x 0.3cm, flat and oval shaped.
