我也问过医生，可能同一个tumor的HER2不同吗，他说他要问问pathologist.

活检显示乳头处的tumor HER2是negative (score 2+算equivocal, 所以作了FISH， FISH结果negative)，12点的tumor HER2是positive (SCORE 3+算strongly positive)。手术病理显示只有乳头处的tumor, HER2是score 2+,还在等FISH结果, 医生说如果作了FISH，FISH的结果是final的。如果手术病理FISH还是NEGATIVE，他要考虑order oncotype score, 但是到底是用活检的tissue作还是用手术的tissue作，他还要再考虑，不行再找second opinion pathology. 唉，真头疼啊！

我也觉得保险起见，还是要按照HER2+来治疗，TCH*6, with H for 1 yr. 但是心里真希望算HER2 NEGATIVE呀，因为即使有了herceptin, HER2+的预后也差太多了。
