活检时12点那个小肿瘤其实包含两个 inseparable closely associated hypoechoic masses，说 size不大，但没有具体值。活检后作的MRI显示12点那还有个6*6mm的mass, 但医生说这个不一定是肿瘤，可能就是作过活检导致不同而已。

医生还提了一种可能性，就是乳头处的 tumor和12点的tumor 其实是一个dumbbell shaped的 tumor, 活检时看作2个，手术后算作一个，但是活检显示两个tumor的HER2是不同的，乳头处的tumor HER2是阴性 (score 2+, FISH NEGTIVE)，12点的tumor HER2是阳性 (SCORE 3+)。手术病理显示HER2是score 2+,还在等FISH结果。

今天见的oncologist说基本要按HER2+来治，TCH*6, with H for 1 yr.

唉，现在只能劝自己相信12点那个tumor是在活检时全取走了，clip是在手术时丢了，不然也没别的办法。
