乳腺癌求助---后续：手术又出意外，全切可能还没切干净，求大家帮忙看看。

得到大家很多鼓励和建议，非常感激。

后来4月底在一个有20年经验的医生那作了手术，全切，术后恢复的也还好。

病理结果：

切了一个前哨淋巴，有isolated tumor cell, 但医生说按现在的标准算Negative，margin也negative。

麻烦的是biospy时发现的两个tumor这次手术病理只发现其中一个(乳头处)，1.5cm, 另一个(12 o'clock)不仅tumor没找到，biopsy时放到那的clip也找不到。

医生今天晚上给我打电话时拼命说不要急，可能就是那个tumor比较小(biopsy时显示5*8mm)，biopsy时都取走了，但听得出他也觉得不是小事，让我尽快去做x光，看看clip是否还在体内，如果在，再决定下一步是先作chemo再手术，还是先手术再chemo, 他说虽然他碰到过clip falls out，病理时找不到clip, 但是连tumor也找不到这种情况是他20年career里第一次碰到，我哭，而且biopsy结果显示大的tumor HER2是阴性，小的tumor HER2是阳性，当时一心想快作手术以免扩散，结果更aggressive的这个tumor却很有可能还在体内，而且都被手术破坏了。本来一心想着自己要乐观坚强准备开始化疗，这下上天又一次挑战我的极限考验我。

还有，左乳有两个tumor,全切; 右乳虽然biopsy良性，但是因为也有风险，也全切。病理上显示左边切了两块，lateral aspect of left breast skin 和left breast tissue。右边只有一块right breast skin。这种情况说明什么不对吗？

求大家帮我出出主意，我现在应该怎么办，或者应该再找什么样的专家再看看呢，多谢了。
